It will just sound like we don't know what we are doing.
Jay has already done the recce and devised the scenario and all is sorted (from a punter's POV), we are just going for our own benefit.

yes... I wasn't going to call it a recce trip. Instead an Open Day Meet.

Just thought it might be nice to meet some of our southern brethren and make more of an impression at the site.

We didn't have an "open day meet" at F&O, Phoenix or IED prior to the games held there, and I see no reason to handle it any differently at UCAP.

Just my tuppence on the subject.

We didn't have open day meets full stop... however I did let people know that I was going to be there on the run up to the event on open days and also did the same at Phoenix.
